Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an exclusive link to this planner, designed so you can update your specific requirements and keep me informed about every detail, big or small, right at your fingertips.

Inside your personalised online planner, you’ll have access to my extensive music database spanning every era and genre, so your event caters to any and all music tastes. You also have the option to build your own dream playlist if you’d like to.

If you’d rather use your own playlist or have specific genres in mind, I’m just as happy to work from that, blending everything into one seamless set. Throughout the process I’ll check in with you about music and timing, making sure your event is memorable for you and your guests, for all the right reasons.

Setup and pack-up each take around an hour, so I’ll always arrive in good time before your event starts. All I need from the venue is a minimum of 3 by 2 metres of space and access to a single standard electrical point near the setup area, no special requirements beyond that.

Yes. Alongside playing the music, I’m happy to MC key moments of your event, such as formal introductions, key timings, and speeches, along with any other announcements you need timed and handled on the day. It’s all part of the service, and anything specific you’d like covered can be planned in ahead of time through your online event planner.

Yes, I regularly work alongside other live entertainers, including saxophonists, singers, bands, and other performers. I’m happy to coordinate timings and handovers with them so the transitions between live performance and DJ sets run smoothly throughout your event.

In over 20 years of doing events, I’ve never let a client down. If, for any genuine reason, I couldn’t personally attend, an equally professional and trusted DJ from my network would step in to make sure your event runs exactly as planned. You’d never have to panic and start ringing round trying to arrange a replacement yourself.

There’s no fixed rule, and I’m always happy to hear from you regardless of timing, but popular dates, especially weekend dates in spring and summer, also bank holidays and festive dates, do get booked up quickly. Getting in touch as early as possible gives you the best choice of dates.
